1.    Take a before picture and post it up on your mirror in the bathroom
2.    Hire a personal trainer to hold you accountable
3.    Start a blog and post your picture and blog about your journey
4.    Throw out all junk food from your house without exceptions
5.    Let everyone around you know that you have a goal by sending out an email
6.    Weigh in once a week and set yourself a reward like a massage
7.    Have a contest with a friend to see who will achieve their goal first
8.    Set a punishment if you cheat on your diet and let someone know. Like 500 burpees.
9.    Have a detailed plan for exercise and nutrition
10.  Go buy clothes you want to fit into and try them on every 2 weeks
