Advice For Moms

I used to ask myself the question why my mom couldn’t seem to find the motivation to stick to a consistent workout routine. (She does now) but I always simply assumed she just didn’t like the thought of it. But I was wrong. I’ve come to realize that most mom’s spent their life taking care of others and often times forget to take care of themselves.

Here’s the confusion Mom:  The thing your children really want from you as we get older is that you to take care of yourself, to stop worrying and start living… healthier that is.

We just want our mom’s around as long as we can.
