How many sets should I do in a
workout?

Let me start with more is not better when it
comes to sets. Someone smart once told me
"you can only hammer a nail into a board so
far until you start to damage the wall".
Many people think if 10 sets work, why not do
20 or 40 or 80. The problem is that after 9
sets your muscle is done. The growth stimulis
has been alerted and there's no point in
going any further. Sit back and recover.
