Why Coffee May Not Be Healthy For You?

There's a lot confusion between experts on the subject of whether or not coffee is healthy and I'll explain why in a few moments but first I must differentiate what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about what's added to your coffee like the sugar (we already know that's bad for you).

The reason for the confusion is that on the up side coffee is a powerful antioxidant and is the most consumed antioxidant in north america. An antioxidant helps prevent disease and decreases the rate of aging. On the down side coffee is one of the most pesticides filled foods we can consume, so you need to make sure it's organic at all times.

But the pesticides are not the big down side since you can buy organic, the down side is about coffee's effect on adrenal fatigue. 

Let me ask you, on a scale of 1-10 how stressful do you consider your lifestyle compared to the average person?

If you answer 6-10

You shouldn't have any coffee (or no more than a small coffee a day). Coffee stimulates your bodies adrenal glands to produce adrenaline to give you a boost of energy. If you're a stressed out person already you have tons of adrenaline pumping out of your system and over time you're going to create an imbalance that has a very bad effect on your body in the long run. In the end your coffee consumption combined with your stressful lifestyle will leave you tired, depressed, gain fat around your belly and lower your libido to just about nothing. (A good sign is if you drink a coffee and it starts to make you tired shortly after) It's a short term fix that will lead to a long term problem. 

If your stress level is low 1-5   

Coffee is fine for you in moderation, It will increase adrenaline which will fall right back to normal and you can go on with your day enjoying all the antioxidants it provides.

So the conclusion: If your stressed in life, coffee is bad. If your not stressed in life, coffee is good.
