Not Hungry? Dont Eat!
Now this is not the case if you are trying to GAIN weight as some actually are, but the majority of us are not trying to gain. We are usually trying to lose or maintain our weight.
So the best tip for the tempting holiday season is DON'T EAT unless you are actually hungry. Same goes for drinking anything with calories!
Yes hard to do, and you might not always stick to that rule the entire holiday season, but if you think about it at some points and decide not to eat/drink something here and there cause of this then you will gain that much less weight over the holidays 🙂
