Before I would hit the gym for 75 to 90 minutes at a time. Now it’s a half-hour session with the personal trainer with another 12 minutes on the rowing machine. It’s amazing the results you can achieve with the right combination of diet and supervised training.

This location is very close to our hearts as it’s where Free Form Fitness’s journey began in 2006. At that time, this was the first fitness club in Kanata North and it remains the best personal training studio in Ottawa. The studio is situated on the outskirts of the Kanata Research Park on the corner of Legget and Schneider.
